The Mathematical Society of the Philippines
invites you to participate in its Summer Upgrading
Program for College Mathematics Teachers (SUPCOM 2008)
on May 26-27, 2008 at the Science Education Complex (SEC
Bldg.), Ateneo de Manila University, Katipunan Rd, Loyola
Heights, Quezon City.
SUPCOM aims to help teachers of college-level mathematics upgrade
their knowledge, sharpen their mathematical skills, and
enrich their teaching techniques. This year's SUPCOM will be
on Mathematical Investigations and will cover topics
in Number Theory, Graph Theory, Geometry and Analysis. We
hope that this training will be especially valuable to those
who teach college mathematics for science, engineering,
computer science and information technology students. This
is also open to High School teachers who handle mathematical
investigation projects.

for SUPCOM 2008 include:

The registration fee is PhP 1,500. This will cover materials and lunch.
SUPCOM 2008 is officially endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Registration will be on May 26, 2008, 8:00-9:00 AM. To ensure
